Tessy Ojo is the Chief Executive of the Diana Award - a charity legacy to Diana, Princess of Wales' belief that young people have the power to change the world. The Diana Award's mission is to foster, develop and inspire positive change in the lives of young people. The charity benefits from the support of The Royal Highnesses, Prince William and Prince Harry, as well as the UK Prime Minister as a Patron.

Tessy is a member of the BBC's Appeals Advisory Committee which reports to the BBC's Executive Board. She is also a member of The Royal Taskforce on Cyberbullying, an Executive member of UKCISS (UK Council For Child Internet Safety), a trustee of Comic Relief and a number of charities including Generation Change, a coalition of charities with a focus on Quality Youth Social Action.
She also sits on the advisory group of the government's character education taskforce as well as the governing body of a chain of academies in London. Tessy is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the Institute of Directors.

She has also won various awards recognizing her contribution to the sector such as The Salute to greatness Award in honour of Martin Luther King at Atlanta Georgia 2019, British Airways Top 100 2019,The Precious Award, Inspiring Leader 2015, Women in Business Rising Star 2015 (London Region), Excellence Award from Eva Longoria's Global Gift Foundation and many more.
